I agree with the Payment Terms and Conditions Construction Services Insurance Agency Payment Terms & Conditions We can not reinstate bonds that have been expired at the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) for over 90 days. A payment for such a bond will be refunded. Payments for financed bonds that are over 60 days late will need to be for the entire balance owed. Partial payments for such bonds will be refunded.
